About Counselling Hub-Perfect Healing
Working in different schools, in different roles across multiple cities has helped me take a holistic perspective towards life encompassing ‘change’ and ‘diversity’. As a counselor, I have experienced people around me tending to drown in the waves of change in their lives. My formal education in Psychology and guidance has equipped me with tools to mentor and facilitate a mechanism to deal with crisis, unhappiness and trauma in our lives.
I have successfully used a non-clinical environment that helps to connect and build repo faster. I have believed in using tactical distraction tools to influence the thinking positively or change in perspective. Sharing your fears and problems is not something you should be embarrassed of . It's you helping yourself coz Depression is real and mental health is alot important .take care of it and taking help of such counselor is best thing coz they are not there to judge u but listen you and helping you with channelising your own thoughts .
