Were they sleeping while booking??!! Now FIFTEEN days have passed and the package is still not returned back to me AND just cannot get through their numbers!! #dtdcPATHETICservice #dtdcworstservice

The staff who answered the phone were very courteous and efficient, took down our information, and explained how the documents would be picked up and delivered.
