★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much noise. You can't sit and chat with your friends, because the music in disco in the other part of the restaurant was so loud that we were not able to hear the voice of the person sitting next to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the coolest place of Bhopal. This is located at the second floor and has two sitting areas. One is Inside where all the loud music and essentially a club vibe exists, and the other one is a bit sophisticated and quite.
The eye catching part of this place is the ambiance and decorations. This place will definitely give you some cowboy vibes and almost have done the justice towards the theme.
We sat there for 2 hours and had couple of drinks and shots. I do liked there drinks, but they are a bit pricey.
Food is good, but the dahi bhalla which I ordered was way too sour. Rest of the things are fine.
I do recommend this area if you wanna chill with your friends and wanna have a great energetic night. One reminder, please confirm regarding the happy hours, because the prices tends to increase in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place with a very warm and cultured staff but the price on the menu is not justified by the sub par level of sound and ambience.
I was trying to chill and talk with my freind, but that cringy music and terrible sound system made my ear feel like bleeding.
They should work on the sound and ambience.

Hello Everyone,
I wish to share my experience with Cowboy resto & lounge. It's a pathetic place with worse management. The management specially the General Manager of this place was egoistic and mentioned several times do you even know who are you talking to I'm the G.M of this place. The staff probably isn't trained with how to address a customer and the worst customer experience I've had with any pub. I do not recommend anybody to visit this place. The G.M didn't had any courtesy to connect with a customer and all i had to say was to play a song which i had from my playlist. He was rude enough and mentioned i don't come from a low class place talk to me with respect I'm the G.M of this place. I firstly mentioned what's the issue I just mentioned a song to play and he abruptly made the things worse for everybody. Everyone who was enjoying left the place. We were supposed to order more but decided to leave the place because of the poor customer service and the inability of the G.M to handle customer. Even the staff ranted against him and said he's like that we'll convey the feedback to owner. I have sincerely wrote a feedback and mentioned my contact details, really looking forward to hear from someone superior in the management so that the appropriate feedback is well received in the correct place.I seriously hope they give the better customer service training to their G.M **I ONCE AGAIN DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO VISIT THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR FROM THE STAFF YOU WILL END UP YOUR DAY ON A NEGATIVE NOTE**.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. We friends had a party. The music was good. Food was pathetic. Ambiance was not that great. Behaviour of waiters and bartenders was bad. Whenever you order dor food and drinks please make it a point to note down the no. Of pegs you have ordered. The waiters are bartenders add more no. Of pegs in the bill than the actual drink you have taken and then argue with you on it. Even the dishes ordered and billing do not match. We had the same problem. Then they refunded the amount of dish which didn't match but cheated us with the drinks. Over all horrible experience. Try avoiding this place. If u are stuck Please be cautious at the time of ordering and kindly check your bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located on the second floor....it has nice interiors. It's divided into 2 parts; a bar and a restaurant area. Bar area is different from the restaurant with different entry point. It was at seating and live sports streaming.
The restaurant area is good for groups and families. You don't have the bar smoke disturbing you in the restaurant area.
Staff behavior is commendable. Food taste is good; potions size is average. Drinks are available at a reasonable price. Value for money all over is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that this place is fit for every ahead there is separate area for drinks and separate for family dining. The drinks are awesome and the staff kind. The theme is texas "cowboy" bsed which is what i loved the most. I would recommend all to try this place at least once.
