★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was utterly disgusted with their attitude and ignorance. I went to apply for a Singapore Business Visa. I frequently travel outside India and have a US and Schengen visa. Plus this is not the first time that I am going to Singapore too. Anyway, the Cox and Kings executive at the Safdarjung Enclave office in New Delhi (Kanika Rawat) gave me some absurd and stupid reasons for not accepting my documents. My documents mentioned the purpose of my visit as "Business Visit" while the Cox and Kings executive insisted that it should say "Business Meeting." She went on to say that the photograph is not on the right kind of paper. I knew that she was completely clueless about what she was saying. Or, maybe she was in no mood to "work". Ironically, she gets paid by her company for not knowing anything. The unfortunate part is that I spoke to Cox and Kings (Safdarjung Enclave) and went with the exact same set of documents that they had asked for. I immediately realized that they were incompetent and did not know how to honor their word. I wish I had not wasted time and energy trying to get my Visa through them. Anyway, I went to DPaul's in Malviya Nagar who readily accepted by documents and got my Business Visa processed. Never doing business with Cox and Kings again. Adios!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a trip to Spain and they completely screwed the pooch. The agents sent couldn't speak a word of Spanish. The guides were not familiar with the local area and this lead to us getting lost and missing several reservations at local restaurants. The guides that they sent had never even been to Spain before. I will never book a trip with this organization again. And I would not recommend it for anyone else.
