These people don't give discount in regular items and that too with regular customers.
So arrogant billing persons.
Very bad service for pet goods and others items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ useless staff and service..i told them my dog is dying please send home visit they took half n hour in just call and asking for useless things and money criteria…emergency means it should be 2 min call..and after that he said we will send anyone you can do whatever you want to..this is the shameless service they are providing..dont visit this clinic they only want money thats it…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited for my 2.5 months old bunny and she was misdiagnosed, so treated with wrong medicines. We worked according to their prescription but she lost her life within 3 days. This center of indrapuram may have excellent staff for their other services,but they dont have good and experienced doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with a Vet, I took my dog for grooming & the next day I realised they happen to mishandle my dog & gave my poor dog a fractured leg.
I have been taking him to a different doctor for a month now & he is still not fully recovered.
Strongly suggest not taking your beloved pets to this place, if you want them to be healthy.
This is just a rip off.
