★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located right opposite to Vivanta by Taj, next to the main road at Cuffe parade, this is a small fenced garden open to Public. It is full of trees and has a good green fence that gives you a feel of isolation from the chaos right outside. Although a small space, it has few places to sit and relax, exercise, landscaped grass areas, and is a good place to have a morning walk if you live in the neighbourhood. The western wall borders with a slum where you can see some garbage along the wall.

I am a "Morning Walk" addict and always find a good park, nearby and CPRA Greens park was the right choice, where I could complete my daily quota of 4 kms walk and light workout. Best part was presence of people with same enthusiasm, completely focused on health.
