★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I purchased a Laptop from CPS Connect and in the time of Purchase they treated me like a God.
But I have the worst experience with CPS Connect on after Sales Service. I went there to Format my laptop during the warranty Period. They asked me to keep my laptop there for one day and asked me to come next day. Next day when I went to take my laptop it was formatted but only few software were installed in it. When I asked to install few basic and my required software, they asked me to wait for 1-2 Hours. After two hours of waiting there nobody was responding and was getting answers like Government offices. They treated me like a beggar that time. Finally I came back without installing any of my required software.
Overall it was very rude behavior from their staff and my worst experience ever with the CPS Connect.
I don’t suggest any one to purchase any such item from CPS Connect where after sales service matters a lot for the product.
