★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to come to this apartment for rent/lease, then it would be a worst choice. No proper association committee and no proper management. lot of water issues, no CCTV camera, no proper security (my new and expensive cycle was stolen), and garbage and water issues. Pathetic and horrible association members, behaves like gundas. Every time they make a rule according to their needs and no information given to the tenants about the issues, probelms, or at least about the new rules. If you question that we are not aware of their new rules and request them to put it on the notice board, they will clearly say no and order us to obey their decision and as tenants we have no rights. They change the same rules for themselves if they want, but if you question, they will harrass you or target you and your kids. The owners don't like tenants' kids using playarea. Be careful before choosing this apartment, especially with children. Tenants are not invited to any events happening in the apartment premises. These are the few things which I have experienced, but there are many such incidents experienced by tenants here.
