Hospital staff is also very Supportive. most important is cleanliness of hospital... i recommend this hospital ... My baby girl was born in this beautiful facility last week on 12 Aug. Where should I begin? Our gynacologist, highly recommended Dr. Pankaj Sarode, saying he was his senior and please do visit him. So my wife and used to go to him for consultation during the third trimester. When you look at the facility, it is so well kept and thought through in design. The waiting area is very clean, with drinking water and washroom very accessible and also clean. The Hospital is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood, so there is no noise and traffic. When I started visiting the lane of the hospital had rough road, but last week even the roads were laid out and looks new, so less bumps for the expecting mother and baby. Now let me tell you about the Doctor. One thing I loved about Dr. Pankaj, is that he will always sit with his wife as he consults you, and his wife is also a Doctor. So you feel safe and comfortable being there. Dr. Pankaj is not like the traditional doctors, he will give you only the needed and helpful information, and is always speaking in a positive manner to give hope and strength and never giving fear. He is very patient with all the impatient and numerous questions I was throwing at him. And so is his wife beside him reassuring every statement he makes. While making appointments, the receptionist is also very sweet, they straight up tell you to check the day when you want to visit, instead of doing advance booking. When my wife started having contractions, the Dr was kind enough to admit us, and guess what, they didn't take a rupee as advance, while many other facility ask for huge advance. And the best thing was that the Doctor waiting as long as he can for natural delivery and didn't not rush anything. My wife had to go through C-section due to a few complications, and my wife was out of the OT in about 30min. And my baby also very healthy and handed to me very well wrapped. We stayed in the hospital only for 4days, the amazing thing was that, my wife said - She never felt like it was A hospital, it was more like a home, because of the infrastructure and people. The Doctor from the get go, was very encouraging and always speaks life and never fear. He was so confident in his stitches that even my wife gained confidence, and she walked the very next day after her C-section operation. And got discharged on the Independence Day. Another interesting fact you need to know is that even the maids who come to clean and the receptionist, they are all all-rounder, they all know what the baby and the mother needs, so even they jump in to help when needed. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, and guess what, we were in the most basic room, but it was excellent than most hospitals. And when the time came to pay bills as we were going to check-out my main question was - will they charge me extra, but they never did. What you see on the quotation is what you get. They have a visiting paediatric who also gives vaccinations for the baby. Overall, I highly recommend this hospital, my first child was born here and my wife and I will definitely come back when we have the second. Like any new parent, we are apprehensive and cautious but I am glad I came to this facility and met this Doctor, who is very highly qualified from the best institutions, yet so humble and excellent in his nature. If you read so far, my prayer is that God will bless you and your baby who you are expecting.

Had couple of visits but my experience is very bad, he don’t allow small kids who used to come with moms, how can small kids can wait outside with out mother and the way he treated my family is pathetic and he becomes angry frequently…..there only one star I prefer to give him in minus…..I strongly recommend not to visit this hospital……also wanted to add the admin staff who are at front desk, these guys are also rude and watch leke hi baithte hai aap 2 mins late ho, aap 4 mins late bla bla bla……lot to write but ending with this….????????veryyyyyyyyyyy baaaaaaddddddddd hospital special Mr Sarode…

Superb service with class treatments. All time I'll recommend for pre family planning . Superb treatment . Clean environment . U will not get snacks near hospital I'll suggest to carry it from home take it while going there .

We are amazed with hospital service and staff. Rooms are very clean and staff is very cooperative. Doctors are highly experienced. Thank you for making my spouse delivery smooth.

My husband and I welcomed our baby girl on 30th March 2022 at cradle hospital. It was a normal delivery. I would really like to thank Dr Pankaj Sarode and Dr Sonal Sarode..They both are polite and had given proper treatment and guidance throughout my pregnancy journey. Doctor will not explain you everything at once. He will guide you according to your pregnancy weeks or whenever required. He takes all the efforts for normal delivery. I would recommend this hospital for normal delivery. Thank you so much doctor for your constant support and great treatment.

One of the best maternity hospitals in pcmc. Dr. Pankaj sarode is a great person. He will always talk to the point, gives time to his patients and does not recommend unnecessary medicines. I delivered my baby last year there. A very neat and clean place. Everyone is very friendly too. Highly recommended hospital.
