Namesh bhaiya our agent planned our itinerary well and has given the best hotels throughout spiti valley, we were very happy with the the food options at hotel as well as the driver along with Innova which we got. β β β β β I was dealing with a really good agent, Rihana. She was very responsive and shared her expertise on the place to go. She was also very adaptive to last minute changes and updates!
Probably the only thing you should remember is to give them what kind of experience and place you are looking to stay. Share your expectations in detail and they will help out. If you leave it on them, it'll be their best judgement based on your budget.

β β β β β Wonderful tours and travels in whole Himachal Pradesh, I met Mr. Omprakash in person and because of such gentlemen tourism in Himachal is at it's peak. He helped us in getting the bus to Amritsar from Bhuntar and he also came for our departure at bus stand (this assistance means a lot as we were very new at that location and he made us comfortable standing along with us until bus was departed from Bhuntar). Young chap with full of contacts.. running a Craft India Holiday tours & travels with one stop solution. Thank you so much man, will meet again someday.
