β β β β β Pathetic sales management. Donβt know how to treat customer. Bought a showpiece and it was assured that I will be delivered print bill by next day. Itβs been long time and no acknowledgement from owner on bill. No customer friendly employees as well.
False replies... ur employee told to send bill and called owner for providing electronic bill. Manual bill was given later. Asking for electronic bill is unreasonable demand then not sure what is reasonable then.
Good to know increasing customers but false commitments done by you or ur staff will show its colours soon.
