★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s one of the worst company I was interviewed (For Digital Marketing) through consultant (Soma). My first round was with Mr Shekhar (Vice President), I was waited almost an hour and half on reception. After that I was informed by Miss Shalu (HR) that Shekhar was not available so Mr. Ranjan (President) will take the interview. It went well.
They called me for second round with Shekhar again, Shekhar (VP) and Khushbhoo took my interview on 19 Feb 2019 and give me assignment to work on and submission date was for that were 25 Feb 2019.
I have started working on that assignment but on 22 Feb evening I got a message from consultant that I was not shortlisted, she got message from HR. I told her that VP give me assignment to submit by 25 Feb, how this is possible. On 23 Feb submitted my assignment in evening and informed Shekhar, he acknowledges it. I mean both HR & Vice President is contradicting.
VP acknowledge my message and, on another HR, informed consultant a day before that I was not shortlisted. This is highly unprofessional, I have put my time & effort in the assignment. I felt tricked by management. I have made a promotion & stratergy plan for six months, wasted my 5 days in this.
