★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I and my friends were looking out for a store to buy office chairs for WFH and we got creative chairs to help us. They have wide variety of chairs to choose from. We finally booked a chair which was exactly what we wanted. The chair is really comfortable and its of good quality. Delivery was done on time full points for that. I did and will recommend family and friends to creative chairs. Thanks Yash who assisted us on selecting chairs and managed delivery of the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me a warranty of 1 year at the time of purchase. Within one month of purchase chair loos back support. Since it was lockdown, i waited for 4 months. There after they refused to repair and put blame on me. I am happy to purchase another chair online. Online is more than 10% cheaper and tension free. Purchase here on your own risk. I went to this shop after searching on google hence posting here.

After followups and previous review the person called and sorted the issue.
They have good variety of chairs so if you want to buy you can visit them.
HORRIBLE SERVICE
I have been trying to follow up with the owner - Yash, since 2 months for a simple replacement of side handle. They are extremely slowin their response. You have to follow up so much that you think of buying a new chair itself.
For last 2 months these guys are walking at a snail's pace for such a small thing. I don't think after lockdown they have enough resources. They might soon shut the shop so beware before buying form them.
