β β β β β The Kori's in Majnu Ka Tila is better, but this one was good too. Service was slow, the place is small, and food selection is less, but the Korean food is tasty.

β β β β β Very disappointing experience in food and service.
I went to Kori's recently, curious about the relatively new fast food chain. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I ordered Volcano burger, Garlic bread and fingers.
After waiting for some time, they finally served the order. I touch the burger and lo! it's super cold. For a moment, I was surprised if it's a special type of burger. Even the roadside thelas don't dare serve cold food. Next I checked the garlic bread and it was cold too. I wondered why?? Then I saw another customer come to the counter and asked the counter guy why his burgers were cold. He gave the silliest of reply," It's morning and the burger was hot before." . The customer asked him to heat the burger. I also was there by that time and asked him to do the same, very disappointed. After heating, the burger and garlic bread tasted only OK. Much worse than Mc Donald's or others.
Another incident about their service is that the manager literally lied to me that the restaurant was going to close at 6:30pm( it was around 6:15pm). But they operate till 11pm.
In spite of all this, I went again to that restaurant thinking this might be an accidental fluke. Got disappointed again. Ordered a grilled burger this time. Again just warm, probably stale. It was quite clear that it was prepared a long time back. This time, just ate it, used the Wi-Fi and went back to home, resolving not to return again.
