★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a worst place i ever resided. Its better considered as slum. Never trust the guy CHANTI. He will eat the money like hell.
Totally, an apartment with Slum inbuilt. Gym never come up. Amenities are disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for two years in a rented accommodation. Amenities that were there were of no use. Gym didn't come up in the two years we lived there. Too much noise pollution in the vicinity whether it is slum people fighting or loudspeakers of multiple religious places. Be prepared to lose a chunk of your security money as the owner in our case was only money minded and had put so many undue charges as if it was his own money. Good thing was cauvery water supply and power backup and some good neighbours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in this apartment. It is located close to Manyata tech park. Apartment has good security and decent facilities. The area around apartments is still developing and one doesn't really feel that secure walking alone in the night. Other than that, the apartment is good.
