★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missing and damaged goods sold by them. They are currently under investigation for mass theft. Don't ever buy from them. They sell all Brustro products on Amazon too. Buyer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed ☹️ for 3rd time for online service this site provides. If I could had chance to give half a star that would be more appropriate only for the good material they provide.
1. I had ordered online about 5 items with try out color paper on 13th March'19. It was delivered to me on 27th I guess. Such a slow delivery. If it is not dispatched also it is creative hands reponsibility to check if the item is delivered or not. I basically took 20 follow up to get my stuff delivered. They didn't even call back many times. Also I mailed them, they rarely acknowledge. Also the free try out paper on the orders was not given to me. As they mentioned it as freebies.
2. Just to get that free try out paper they asked me to make another order with that they mentioned they 'll provide my free Brustro paper. Now they have provided me wrong tracking id. I have followed up. They mentioned it their lunch time. They'll check and reply. Which I totally doubt.
3. From Amazon also I have order sennelier colors, pan set, paper and paint brushes that brushes are also not delivered. I have again raised for replacement. My time is getting waisted from ordering on this site.
I am not understanding do they even check the order before they deliver.
Very worst management by the team.
U ppl should have some respect for the customer and their money and time ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for an absolutely horrible customer service. I would give this store a negative if possible. The phone number on the website is useless as nobody ever responds. If I was unhappy about no response before, now I would think I was lucky nobody picked up the phone. The one time somebody picked up, it was an irate woman who seemed supremely uninterested to talk. Of course, then there is the email. All my emails till date went unanswered. I have taken to not buying from their website, or else living with the wrong products without taking any action.
Question to you Creative Hands. How on EARTH do you plan to answer to genuine mistakes on your part if you do not ever read or respond to the calls and mails? My third time an incorrect product has been delivered by you, and I can't get hold of you! Shame.

If you check the positive reviews you will notice most of them are by people who have written only one word or one line reviews which shows that they are fake. creative hands will soon be shut down by our team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading many negative reviews I thought of giving it a try myself, well I was ok with a slightly delayed delivery as far I get original quality product at slightly lesser prices. And I do buy a lot of stuff.
Finally I selected 5 Sennelier Abstract Acrylics and one Fan brush and placed the order on Aug 30. On Aug 31, the site changed the order status from "Processing" to "Completed" and shared a tracking ID of Shree Maruti Courier. Till Sept 2, the order ID didn't work but then it got activated and showed dispatched and finally I got the product today Sept 5.
Now about the product, all 4 of the 5 colors were genuine Abstracts and had seals. The 5th one had its seal broken and the pouch looked super old, but I have tested the paint and it looks ok, hence decided to keep it. About he brush, I didn't read the description that it's not a synthetic brush but a hog hair brush, basically more like an oil paint brush rather than acrylic. But still I have decided to keep it because of the sheer quality, my goodness the handle is just awesome!
Finally I am still not giving them 5 stars cause of one thing: THE STOCK.
First of all I primarily do acrylics and they just don't have any stock for best soft body colors like Winsor Newton, Liquitex Basics, heck they don't have stock for their own brand Brusto. I buy the brusto colors from a shop. Basically, the stock is just hit or miss, half of the things are just out of stock and doesn't look like it'll come back anytime soon. I really wanted to but around 14 Daler Rowney Graduate Acrylics but they had only 6 in stock.
I could have made this my primary spot for art supplies but again The Stock, Arghh!

You will get almost everything you can imagine.
It's really hard to find a place like this in Kolkata.
The service is excellent and the staff is very humble and polite.
I think it's the only shop in Kolkata where you can find most of the art accessories.
I highly recommend you to visit the shop once if you live in Kolkata and you are an art enthusiast.
