We were very pleased with the speed of delivery.

The first time the stools came the gold part at the bottom was damaged, they promised to fix it and when they got a replacement of frames the frames were the wrong height and chipped in all places! They then keep saying 2 days and it’s been now weeks! They just keep saying they need time and don’t do anything! It’s so shameful I can’t even call people to my house because they are so bad!!!! This is after making a payment in full! Horrible service and confused team who don’t know how to handle this issue. Very very disappointed and don’t recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering current situation I was not in mind to go out and look for different options of office chair. While exploring on the internet I came across the Creative Seatings website. I finalized the options and contacted the respective sales person - Ankita. She helped a lot. She also sent the actual photos of the chairs what I was looking for. ( You know the photos on the actual website could be deceiving). I got home delivery of the chair I finalized without any extra charges. I paid half amount while booking and remaining after the delivery of the chair. It's been more than two months now and there's as such no issues with chair. Go for it!

I bought 2 chairs from this shop and both chairs are of excellent quality. I would definitely recommend it to my friends, relatives to buy either chair/table from this shop.

Issue is with sales service, delayed delivery, delivering damaged one, false commitments, not answering calls, not even calling back, etc. Inadequate packaging is one of the cause of most in-transit damages. Overall unpleasant buying experience. Though recently I faced some problem in chairs wheels and balancing, corrected in just few hours, appreciate it!
