Before taking you in, you have to clear few interviews rounds and then only you ca work with them.For Girls the pay is still okay but for boy it is very less.However, pay depends on event to event,how, what and when.
Also, the team coordinating is great.
But when it comes to joining them for full time employment they will give you a very less pay grade.But for the youth, for staters in job or who wants to work freely and according to them.. I will give a good to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good for part-time work . but they pay very less.. around 700 - 1000 for boys for full day of work.. it's only 30 % of what they charge from the client for each boy . For eg : if they are paying you 900 per day then , they must be getting 3000-4000 for you per day . This is really not fair .
Don't fall for any trap , they have posters saying 80k in 10 days . i am working for them for the past 1 year.
ps : and , plz don't believe all these 5 star reviews you see , You will see for yourself when you go for audition , they will ask you specifically to rate them . ???♂️
Hm , but something is better than nothing , all the event management companies in delhi are like this only .
