the staff and the manager were so good and actively engaged in my purchasing giving me suggestions andletting me know different options in the same price range

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costly and durable but the comfort misses somrtimes.. They are strong enough to durables fir very long time but the sweat of the legs is mire profused due the wear of this kind oglf the foot wear.So instead of wasting money on such crocs It can be bettrr chosen from the other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give Crocs 5 stars for quality and comfort.but this particular showroom's salesmen are very impolite and assumed that I was not a potential customer for reasons unknown.this particular salesman kept reminding me the price of the flip flops and that they were all above the price range of RS.2500( I ended up buying a flip flop for rs.1995) .he was not willing to even show me the product untill I lost my cool and told him to behave himself ..I hope the owner of this showroom reads this message and takes corrective measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it was my first visit at the showroom the ambience was nice inspite of having less space. The fashion consultants were pro active in understanding my dire need and comfort. I must add on the fashionista consultant I dealt with Mr.Salman he is a gem of person his behavior was unimpeachable . He quickly knew so well of my comfort and gave me an epic piece of crocs which is light ride sandals it is super congenial. I am super gratified. 10 stars for Salman would love to visit the kamla Nagar store again for my next purchase of herculean pair of Crocs. Kudos to the team for making me feel so contented. Salman wonderful job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever go to this showroom. My experience was too bad.
I went to the showroom for buying a pair of "Clogs". The salesman was so impatient.
I entered the showroom around 8:35
I wanted to check some option of the clogs which ranges in 3 prices tags.
The higher end pair was too comfortable and worthed for extra money.
But that salesman had just decided to sell-off that lower end pair. He was compelling me to buy that pair 3 times while i am looking for other options, he was so impatient It seems he was in rush to home.
It hardly took 10 min to compare the options and designs but the salesman seems to me so impatient. Anf the behaviour was disgusting.
After a while, HE JUST TOOK THE PAIR OUT OF MY HAND AND YELL ON ME TO COME TOMORROW.
The whole experience was so Humiliating they were soft spoken but they keep commenting the lack of my knowledge on the clogs.
The closing time showing on the internet is 9:30 so how they are about to rush to home before 9:00? Are they not careful for the customer satisfaction?
They can't even give 10 min to their customers for deciding to buying a pair worth Rs 4,000/-.
And at the end they just saying Come-Tomorrow. So Humiliating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the store two times in a week as I wanted to make sure what I buy is comfortable enough for my mother as she couldn't come to the store in person. But I dealt with arrogance and rudeness of the person who was sitting in the store. He had no interest in showing and explaining me the kind of product I wanted and plus he was rude in so many ways. I hope the person in charge deals with this man about his service and dealing with his customers.
Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, ill mannered staff. We went to the showroom at around 8 pm and as soon as we entered into the showroom the salesperson said that the store is going to close. He was very rude and did not want to make sale or even respect the customer. But when after 1 hour we passed through there then we saw that the same salesperson was talking and laughing with the other person who was also working in the showroom. Very bad experience. This is not the kind of service I expected from such a big brand.
