★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery system is very bad, as well as their customer service. Croma does not bother if the customer is getting the product or not. They do not have any information about the delivery date or timming.

If you are buying any reputed brand products from here then it's good platform but I won't ever advice you to buy any CROMA product . I brought an AC of self brand of croma so called " A Tata product" on 6th April 2022 from Aditya mall croma centre , indirapuram ghaziabad . After 3 days ,my AC showing multiple error codes and not working at all . I really want to clear you that while selling the products they will treat you like a God and after selling, that same salesperson won't even pick your call , will treat you like a Dog .
Now come for after sales service . CROMA don't have its own specified team of service like LG , Panasonic , Daikin have . They registered my complaint and sent an inexperienced person , he was looking at my AC like he saw an UFO . In short he left and asked me to wait for senior technician . I really have no idea whether they will do something or not .
So my dear friends , it's my 9 days experience since buying CROMA AC and i am worry how I will spend my coming years with this alien product which can't last for 10 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm an old customer of croma and always come here for any of my gadget purchase. My latest buy is ACER NITRO 5 laptop that cost me 71k and a free acer laptop bag which looks cool and also got a 2000 worth one plus bullet wireless Z headphones. They have the cheapest price and don't place false pricing and then show that they have discounted the price for you like reliance digitals do.
So , l highly recommend this place, you will get a good price , tata trustworthy service , cool offers and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much of hype for many common gadgets. Store has mostly old and very popular models available but not the latest ones. Basic offers from brands are available but better to check beforehand otherwise you might waste a lot time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is okay if you want to purchase the phone and want to get the in hand feeling. Otherwise, their charges are on the higher side. I get better rates from Vijay sales which is located just opposite and also from the shops which is in same plaza. Even after applying Tata discount, their products are costlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy AC from them its almost 16 days they unable to run the same. Everyday new excuses and new problems. No return no replacement only harassments. All staff are rude and customer support team doesn't have any clue what i am talking about. Just written complain to consumerhelpline.gov.in let see what happens.
