★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience. All the chroma doesn't have the same price range. I bought iPad Air, they did took half a day to make a bill. Wherever you purchase iPad or any apple products or any products they do transfer data from one to another but in chroma despite of committing that they did not transfer the data they said they won't. When I confronted them, then they had to to do the job. Half of the staffs are not at all trained and they are not at all attentive towards the customer. I was totally very disappointed with the service they provide. A brand like Chroma doesn't keep well mannered, well trained staffs neither they are well informed about the products. At least the shops in the locals have good staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stock, highly competitive price, well behaved staffs and great ambience are the main U.S.P. of the store. The store is well managed, and staffs are always ready to offer help. Sellspersons are well conversant on the product details and they can explain basic features of the product very well as and when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy double door refrigerators 200-300 liters, but it finally boiled down to choosing among only 3 models, all 2-star ones. Didn't buy since had better choice options in Flipkart. Overall go there to have an physical idea of the appliance but buy online for better flexible options of choice and payment.
May be other collections like laptop or mobile etc are great but was not satisfied with the category I was searching for. So my rating is as per my experience.
