★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a wide range of products and the staff is super warm and helpful but there is only one sad part which irks you the most - billing counter
They have 2 bill counters - half of them have no knowledge about the financing options, others are slow, they perform miserably when there is rush of customers at the bill counter
So if you are going for shopping at corona, brace yourself for a 15-25 mins ordeal at the bill counter. I wish you can train your staff or have your software updated along with giving your team training on financing of the products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought new Panasonic Inverter Split AC from Croma Sec 22 Chd just 3 days ago. Initially they attend properly. After the sales is over, the staff doesn’t respond and the behaviour becomes totally indifferent. I had to chase them to get invoice of my product.
Also the sales guy insisted for a 5 star google review at that moment only after the billing and I gave them 5 stars as everything seemed alright.
However, I had to change my review based on customer service they have given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super helpful and provided information needed for us to decide which laptop to purchase. They also activated Microsoft office and antivirus post purchase and offered a bag free of cost with the laptop. Good shopping :)

One of the sales guys also forced me to leave a 5* review before leaving. He kept pestering me and wanted to take my phone to type the review himself. Found this very unprofessional.
ALSO they are very unorganised with billing. Please account for atleast 30 minutes to buy your products / return your products. Buying and returning items each time took me close to an hour even though there were 3-5 people dealing with it. Super inefficient.
