★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. At the time of order they assure fast delivery and installation process. I was told that installation process will be done within 2 days, but today (14th April) and no sign of installation guy.
I did try to call on online customer care number but all the numbers are not reachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ READ FULLY before you plan to purchase any item from Croma, Crystal Mall, Rajkot branch!
Terribly inexpert staff for RUINING customer experience and messing with trust of a customer towards this brand.
Surprisingly, they've proved that they're only concerned and interested about sales not SERVICE! One of their sales guys didn't even have a simple product knowledge too. He just kept us waiting and DISAPPEARED!
They advertise a lot (as photo attached) about lifetime service and all BUT shockingly they've NOT helped us even in a very tiny issue we've faced in airdopes (Bluetooth) that we purchased from this centre.
Two sales reps whom we talked today (SATYADEV something JADEJA & one more guy with surname GODAD) were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and irresponsible. We felt extremely ASHAMED OF BUYING 2 ITEMS FROM HERE.
While making sale, they're pretending to be extremely sweet and so-called helpful BUT in after sales service, they deceives badly when you go to them even with a small problem. They just show you that they can't help, wowwww!
Not only that but their senior customer service manager or whatever I don't know exactly named POOJA was also extremely uncomfortable to talk with and worse than the above representatives.
On top of that, POOJA messed with my earphone and made it worse to use.
This kind of EXTREMELY PATHETIC, unhelpful, disrespectful and awfully WORST experience from such huge brand was highly unexpected.
Beware of them if you're interested in buying something from this branch of Croma!
A COMPLETELY dissatisfied and unexpectedly insulted customer.
