Visited the store for the first time yesterday. It was not a good experience. Sales people only pushing the product they want to. Not interested to give demo or explain about the product customer wants. Demo kits did not have all the attachments. Too many people around but no service. Wanted to place a complain about an ac purchased one month back......but no one at the help desk. Gossiping sessions going on. After our display of dissatisfaction, one senior store person then helped to smooth things out. Went with a list......but nothing achieved. Was honestly very disappointed. Complete waste of time.

Just 5 min walk from Biswa Bangla Gate. One stop destination for electric items. Various range of mobiles, refrigerator, washing machine, pen drive, AC and etc etc. Exchange of old appliances is allowed. Cashback of 10% (on selected items) in HDFC/ICICI Credit Cards. Moreover if someone if an employee of TATA, will get 2.5% discount. Cordial and helpful staffs.

Croma, New Town, a Tata venture, offering various electronic goods under one roof is a joy to visit, with its sprawling floors and wide choice, enthusiastic sales people and good display. I had gone to check out laptops, and was shown a variety of models, to mull over and finalise on my next visit. What gladdened my heart, in particular, was the notice to re-cycle and to deposit e-waste, or to even have it collected. A much-needed service.

The place undoubtedly offers the cheapest price in town when it comes to electronic items. The service if fast and efficient. I would totally recommend this place for an office Electronic purchase. There is facilities for EMI facilities as well.
