★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Representative named Manjunath told me that I will get the product (smart watch) within next 2 days of payment. It's more than 1 week and no proper response from the team. Everyday same story it is in transit, documentation is pending, etc. Representative not picking the call. Store phone number not reachable. Representative told me "Tata means Trust" I don't understand what he meant by "trust" here. Imagine making payment of approx 1 Lakh amount and getting 0/10 experience. Will make sure no-one buys in my immediate vicinity ever from Croma. If I don't get solution within next 24 hours. Strongly thinking to raise fraud case on store if no response within next 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought Samsung TV from Croma. One thing that you need to be careful about is their commitment. They might commit you something which they will not fulfill like delivery and installation. They will commit just to meet their target. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give them 5 zeros than stars for their customer support. Its been a month since i canceled a product and I haven’t received my refund. When i call the customer care all i get is “we’re sorry for the inconvenience sir”. I even mailed the grievance and the nodal officer in vain. I don’t know what do they call people who do not give the customer’s money back. Its a genuine feedback. So other customers please be alerted.

They will make u wait for long time before someone arrives with a half knowledge.then , when u start asking questions,, he will make u wait for another half knowledge sales person, who will come with his again half knowledge.eventually, u will leave the store. They are ready to give you any sort of lame excuses to get rid of. Perhaps the worst electronic store i have ever visited in my life. This happened not only once, but multiple times.

You can get all your household needed items in a reasonable decent and average rate. Good shopping for middle class people. Good customer service and polite attitude.
