★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service.. I bought a fridge (Order No.SOA049000785900) from here on 2nd April 2022 which was expected to be delivered on 3rd April. I have not received the product till 5th April 2022. No proper tracking is provided and even the internal customer service was unable to track the order. When I visited the place, the customer service person was fortunately kind enough to let me know that the item had left their warehous on 3rd April. So today when I asked them to cancel the order and refund my payment things moved and I was guaranteed that if I dont receive the item by today evening, I may cancel my order and they feel sorry for it. So if you want to buy a sorry for the cost of a fridge, you may buy from here. I was also offered a mobile antivirus worth Rs.600 with the purchase. The packet for it was pilfered and there were no contents in it. I wish I could rate 0 stars for this store.
PS. Their delivery partners named Croma Transport never responds to their own teams too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. A bunch of liars. Didn't deliver the ac on time & also are not returning the amount right now on cancellation of order. As per them, it will take upto 15 days. So they are earning interest on the amount for 20 days even for a cancelled order as well. Not expected from TATAs. Utterly disappointed. They assured that the ac would be delivered within 3 days but requested for 3 more days after a week. The salesman knew that they would not be able to deliver it in the stipulated time & still assured the delivery in three days just not to lose the customer. Bunch of liars that they are.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for the Croma store at Kothrud. The sales guys are good and give very good explanation of the products, but the billing counter is a complete mess. People running around not getting proper attention to detail on how the billing needs to be done, extremely long wait time for a simple credit card payment with a cash back guarantee. We tried 3 different credit cards, but their system kept failing and they didn't know what or why it kept failing. No one had an answer. Their own customer service centre put them on hold. Need better service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a cooler. I had to lug it myself to my place. No delivery facility. Sales people are not sure if they have stocks. At first they said it will take 7 days. But when I said I want it now; they said you will have to take it yourself. Sad way adopted by CROMA for avoiding delivery facility to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase a cooler from chroma Kothrud store. There delivery service is very worst. They told me they can deliver your product in night 11.30. I waite till that time and try to call deliver person. They switched off the mobile. Very pathetic and unprofessional service. They won't deliver on time. So before buying think about delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection but, pathetic service. Sundays are exceptionally crowded and staff is inefficient to handle the crowd. Need to increase trained staff. We bought Refrigerator on Sunday got delivered on Monday. They didn't fit the handles. It's been 4 days no one has come for installation of handle and so called demo ? No response on calls.
P.S. - Tried calling them one more time before posting the review, fortunately they picked up. 1 more star for pickup up the call. ?
