★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, unprofessional, very poor customer service.
That was my bad luck I ended up on that store , I purchased 2 AC with full advance money , they delivered in 2 days after that we asked many times for installation as we have 2 patients at our home.
They were keep ignoring and did not respond to our calls.
Worst experience.I am never going back.
Please do not buy from them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their after sales service are pathetic i purchase a cooler and delived defective unit going to their store everyday to complain but no response its been more than 6 days . It's just about this outlet. Other outlets might be good. The staff is like "Aap kaun" after you purchase items from them. Very bad after sales service . Do not recommend to anyone . Also written several mails to company but no response . Just pathetic . Do not purchase zero after sales service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and delivery experience... Committed for 5-7 days delivery and it has been 12 days still delivery is not done. No one cares about customer.. even the customer care.. Service executive bluntly reply -"sir take refund".. not sure how you will survive with such a attitude in current market.
Never buy any product if its not readily available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody cares to attend you. They don't ask what are you looking for. I asked one of the salesmen about the availability of one product. He was unaware about the same. I asked another salesman about the availability, he replied "wait a minute, let me confirm". Then he didn't come to me. After some time I found him doing another work.
Then I walked away and bought the product from another shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must needed electronic store on this road. Most of the electronic category was there and you will get mostly all the items. Parking space is ample, price point is better than other local players present in Indore. In-house sales team is knowledgeable, atmosphere was good. They just need to improve on billing part, it was little bit slow. But overall experience for buying a AC was good. AC delivered on the very next day of buying. I hope installation would be on time.
