★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I would like to inform you that I have called croma Palanpur for A.C inquiry and they told me that they will reach me out within one hour and you will not believe that they didn't reach me out for next 24 hours and I call them again after 24 hours and again they told me that they will reach me out after one hour.
Seriously, Are you Kidding with me. Please change the staff as soon as possible otherwise it will make worse scenario for public to come there and shop from croma.
And yes the last thing give them proper training that how to talk to customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such kind stores are in palanpur city? Its really very useful for public.. All most all products are available. But one thing is there about salesman. Salesmen are not thatmuch supportive for upcoming customer. I felt lack of knowledge in salesmen. What we ask they generally pushup to another sales person. Mr. Tirth mehta and anzali zala has supported very well. We have purchased 3 whirlpool fridge and other products also. Offered water/mask also.

I need to give it back
