★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So first things first .. This is my 9 th purchase from Chroma this year. The reason is pretty simple best price with best products with best service. But this time I am ( Adeetya founder & ceo - Fyuchar Group) Extremely happy For buying new Refrigerator from whirlpool company.
I will must praise include and highlights the qualities of lady in that section. If I am not wrong her name is Miss SAPNA. I am really very Very impressed by her a active and positive attitude. Her in depth complete knowledge about every company and it's appliances. How can a lady is super strong in electronics I am still shocked. She gave us almost 1 hour to understand the difference between every models with super positive vibes and without being tired. Her practical knowledge about day to day life and use of Refrigerator was outstanding. It's almost 4 days past and we are Extremely happy to buy this model. She also helped us in offers and discounts.. our budget was 25 to 30 Inr. But because of miss SAPNA and other great staff members we got massive discounts..approx 7 Thousands off. We purchased this model around 29K.
Chroma is such a best place to buy any electronics. Because it's a venture of our national pride. TATA
Once again a big big Thanks to Miss SAPNA for guiding us. Because at last PARENT'S happiness is everything. I can give 10 stars ? out of 5 if possible.
Everyone please buy Whirlpool Refrigerator. It's a once in a blue moon deal at Chroma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is good in comparison to Reliance shopping mall electronic shopping mall, they have good variety of electronic products you can busy as like as amazon and flipkart. But staff is very slow and they have not enough knowledge in each product. Of you purchase any products please first read or do some research before visit Croma. I am facing some problems due to insufficient knowledge of Croma staff.
