They won't tell about the stock first, They will tell there is no stock and we will give free door delivery with in a week once you finalize the product. So we should be very careful. You can't get more discount here but comparatively prices are low than Girias and Reliance digital. Prices are equal to Amazon. Customer care executives are very polite. But some customers are very rude. "One so called educated woman customer" threatening a customer service executive that, she will write negative comment on the particular customer service executive (who is a woman) and will bring bad reputation to the store. Even after she badly shouting like this without any common sense, or public place sense, the woman customer care executive has seen very polite and giving answer politely. Other genuine customers are angry with that rude woman. These type of customers should realise that they are not coming from a civilized society. Giving respect to others is the real education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the month of February I had purchased a Philips Bluetooth headphones. After billing when I opened the headphones it was found to be defective. Since it was the only peace they agreed to cancel the bill and initiate for refund. The accounts section person told it may take 2-3 days for the amount to get credited to my account ( I had done card payment) . It is nearly 4 months now, still not received the refund. I have called the accounts section more than 10-15 times. Every time the same answer, refund will happen in couple of days.
Does TATA's need to earn money in this manner. Didn't expect this from Tata's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not purchase anything from this particular store. They do not have any manners and everyone in the store are on their phones even while attending customers.
They made me wait for 1 hour just to give me a gift card, which wasn’t even successful as they kept saying their server was down. Took another 15 mins to refund my money.
Very ill mannered and unprofessional store overall. Wouldn’t even give 1 star but that’s my only option.

The staff is really helpful and did help in picking up the right products. the staff was really helpful in picking up some new mobile phones for my Brother and did go that extra mile to answer our queries and enable a smooth purchase experience.
