★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.i bought microwave ,I Paid cash n told them to send as said timing but they have given only 8 numbers and I'm calling all d possibly contacts but all are not working only 1 number connected n told they will send on time.im having get to gether party and so I bought this microwave but what's the use I'm still waiting .if it doesn't come today then I want my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 20th Jan, i bought a Philips OTG and an LG microwave oven. The sales man, Wasim Quereshi promised us free bowls with both purchases. The items came and we were told the bowls would follow . So far, nothing. We lodged a complaint yesterday but now, no one takes our calls. It's not about the bowls, which are affordable. Don't promise freebies and then not deliver. This is not expected from the Croma ship at Kemps corner, where we have been shopping for years. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer guides are very helpful in selecting anything. Honestly I've got the best customer guidance so far in croma store only, especially when you go for buying laptop. Also, nevertheless the Bajaj customer care, HDFC bank No cost EMI customer service providing customer cares are very supportive and great. All of them are pretty cool and chill with everything. I loved it! And I'm gonna keep visiting croma for anything which is available to buy in croma store.
