Purchased a LG water purifier from this place, the water has a very metallic taste, contacted them again to send someone to take a look but they are least interested now that the payment has been done already. They don't even have the courtesy to answer the phone , they have just been giving false assurances that they will send someone to take a look , for over a week now. Very very disappointed!!!

i was told initially the total charge will not cost more than 900... Very disappointed with the service.. when called sale person he said he ll check and get back and still update since 1 month of purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service, at least of late. Product purchased but not delivered after 72 hrs. Manager cannot resolve the issue and is as confused as the customer about the whereabouts of the product. He didn't bother to check the issue with late delivery and call back. had to make repeated calls and the problem is not resolved as yet. Hence this review. They have great products but poor after sales service. Its a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to the showroom at 9:30 pm in search of tower cooler after visiting so many showrooms and order the product ,they were prompt enough to bill it and got the stock , delivered on spot... Although they were occupied with customers they did not rush the customers out of the showroom even though it was closing time unlike other showrooms...Thank you & Keep it up Tata Croma..????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The electronics shop located at BEL road near to reliance digital with parking facilities. Having a collection of items but with less number of availability or choices of models. The display was good and the staff were okay with the customers. You can go with smooth sailing. Sometimes you couldn't be able to get what you are searching for, better you can approach them to check the availability with the neighbouring outlet, will help you out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Croma in BEL road has a great offers. Check in for wide range of gadget, home and electronic appliances. I found the sales people have good knowledge of appliances and have great patience to answer all your queries.
Offers are great, you need to be smart to explore smart offers and bargains. Much better than next door Reliance Digital.
