★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. AC was not installed even after 5 days. Neither Croma person nor the LG people responded to multiple phone calls. I had been chasing them for 5 days and finally had to get it done from private resources.
They r not worth getting one star as there’s noblesse than 1 star. Highly unprofessional chaps - both Croma as well as LG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased all the things AC fridge and all home equipment because of Respected Ratan Tata but now about one month back I have purchased Havells water purifiers the sales man Sagar advised us and he send the person for functioning the equipment but still the it is not working Two times person had come but they were not able to do that
If the Havells water purifier is not functioning thane don’t sale it plz don’t cheat our Nationality

It finally got delivered last night but it is sitting in the lobby of the building as no one from the installation team is here to install. No one picks up the phone at tye store. One of the worst store in terms of after sale service. No ownership and accountability. Never buy anything from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased an AC and other gadgets from this store however, even after 5 days no call or follow up from their end for installation. When we called the store today, they were unable to provide any information regarding the same; they didn’t want to check on the purchase order or update us on the next steps….very poor management and coordination. Zero customer service and satisfaction. Really wonder if there is an actual store manager or regional head who monitors customer experience also and not just sales figures!! Unfortunately, TATA brands are roping in very poor staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good shop to shop until about an year back and I have shopped products worth lakhs but now, I must say this is the worst shop to shop, first of all they will sell you product which they do not have in stock by making false promises then they will deliver the product which is very old stock and packing all torn and damaged (pictures attached). The nightmare does not end here, for replacement, they will take you round and round making again false promises for 15 days until one gets frustrated and request the store to cancel the order and refund !!!!! CROMA ! BEING TATA BRAND DID NOT ACCEPT THIS FROM YOU !!! HOPE TO GET MY FULL REFUND FOR MY LAST PURCHASE AT CROMA
