Shared this experience with my friend and he had same experience in other store.
Bunch of thieves! Not recommended!

β β β β β A trusted place to buy all gadgets and household electronic products.
Situated on Pusa Road next to Karol Bagh metro station and has ample parking space despite being situated in a very busy area, it has huge space. All products are on display except premium ones like GoPro Hero 6. If you chose a product, they will give you one from store and not from display.
They have huge collection of mobiles, tabs, cameras, Laptops, Desktops and household electronic items like Washing machine, Air conditioner, Fridge, hair Iron, cloth Iron, kitchen utility products, TVs, sound systems etc etc.
From Dyson vacuum cleaners to Cannon DLSR's, apple iPhones to Samsung TVs everything is available on display for trying.
Overall it's a good experience.

I don't what the problem is but they didn't attend customer care number.... Seems like they think we are crazy that we are just calling them again and again..... I want to install my two AC... But they didn't pick up the call and even when the picked the call.. They were like we will inform you but they didn't.... Really I never expected such a poor service ever in my life... I really got sick of calling again.....

β β β β β Visited Croma at Pusa Road minutes ago...selected the Apple adapter and asked the salesman to get the formality done who pointed towards another one for the same.
10 to 12 staff present on the floor and all are busy among themselves no one to attend to the customers....in any case there were hardly any customers at the outlet.
Limited range to select from and ...I don't care .....attitude evident all over

β β β β β Have purchased AC 6-7 days back. No proper cooling. I asked Croma employees to file a complaint, No action has been taken till now (it has been 4 days since I complained) .

β β β β β My visit to the store was in evening and to my surprise, there were quite less number of buyers present in the shop which made the staff fairly free and open to questions if one has any regarding the products.

β β β β β Very conveniently located on Pusa Road. Well stocked and helpful staff. The new kitchen appliances section on 2nd floor is very good. Rates comparable to online best rates . Plus you get the feel of the real thing!
