★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of Tata Croma. I had always had a great experience. Yesterday I have purchased 2 products from Janak Puri Tata Croma Oppo mobile phone and BOAT EarPods. Suddenly within one day My Boat EarPods not working Properly. I understand it’s electronic products some time new products not working properly. I was Visit Tata Croma Vegas Mall Dwarka Sector 14. The Security guard gives me the change product receipt. I was visiting in Customer Help Desk. I had a totally bad Experience with a Customer service executive. The boy behaved with me very rudely, even with No greetings, No Smile Nothing I was disappointed. I asked him please talk with your Senior ADM, DM, SM anyone please arrange ASAP. The Gentleman ADM Mr Prem Sagar was coming. He behaved with me very politely and professionally. He has solved the problem on the Spot With the star Smile. I appreciate Mr Prem Sagar. You are doing a great job. Keep it up. And One more thanks to the person Mr OM PRAKASH. Appreciate gives me 5 STAR service. I want to request the Tata Croma Seniors please gives the customer service training to the Customer Services desk employee. I am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here yo enquire about a phone. However the person who is sales rep was not so keen on doing his part of job. So I simply walked out and came out. It seems these days its better you shop online as you have one way communication and do not expect anything from other side. And its better for your pocket as well. Anyhow cheers and good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer Service.. Bought a Lenovo Tablet. Tab is in warantee ,suddenly it stopped charging.. They kept it and returned it saying its physical damaged not covered in warantee.. Strange part is its getting charged if we change charger
They just giving excuse that Authorised Service Center of Lenovo not repairing it.. There are several similar complaints from diff customers.. At least when u buy online you get good discount
