★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you pay money, you are on your own. Delivered my tv in 7 days. Pathetic attitude of employees. No professionalism. Tv delivery by single boy, dragging package on floor for 50m. Ruining Tata's name and brand Image. Worst than govt offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good part is store attendants are polite and helpful.Bad part is billing process is extremely slow, it literally takes an hour for simple billing, there is queue and only one billing point for whole floor. Store managers are not sure how discounts work. I was told that if I purchase two items above 20k I will get discount upto 3k. But while billing they found out that purchase of two devices can not be clubbed together. Also, the device I was interested was not available in the store, so ultimately I had to see it on their website. Overall it's better to purchase it online than visit the store and buy it and suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend anyone to visit this place due to following reasons:
1) Sales Rep. forces you to buy a screen protection plan for laptop saying that it is a great deal and later they don't even provide any info about the said plan. The company providing the protection plan has no clue of my purchase.
2) Even when there is a mfg. defect in product, they tried to deny it.
3) When the replaced piece was also of poor quality they asked me to spend more money to upgrade the product and denied the refund request.
4) Even after asking several times for a refund and going there 5 times, they just denied the requests.
If you want to waste your hard earned money and valuable time then only consider going to this place for a horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disgusting experience from Croma. We purchased new Sony X85J TV worth Rupees 1 Lakh. When we got delivery, the package was not as expected, it was looking as if its been repacked. When we told Croma's sale's person (Yogesh Rathod) he assured that the pack was intact and its not been opened. When we unpacked the box, we found existing login id for Netflix(image attached for reference). Which shows that the box was unpacked previously and TV was used. When we raised this complaint to Croma, they send their technician to check whether TV was already used. After checking it was found that the TV was used for 44 hours(image attached). So after informing this to Croma, they took few days and after that they started giving excuses about the policies. Neither they replaced not they refund us. So its better to buy products from specific brands store only, rather than Croma. Don't ever waste your hard earned money to buy any products from Croma.
