★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. The store executive Rishabh started the process of evaluating the phone we wanted to exchange and then said that the price of the iPhone 13 pro as 1,29,000 when it clearly mentions that it's 1,19,000!! When we asked why, he said that if we wanted to buy it now then we have to take it with the magsafe protection otherwise not. Pathetic service and trying to loot customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop to buy all electronic and mobile. Croma is very famous across india.. really appreciate now thy are in jaipur too. One good thing is that you will always get most of all product available here with live demo's. But Price's are not better then market .. u can get good service experience and live demo experience. Must visit before buy any electronic products or mobile phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is fine in terms of products and showroom experience. Problem started after that. I got my AC from here and the brand was LG. What got me is that AC companies got hundreds of different AC model with different names, sometimes two different models have approximately same features, capacity, size or year but have different model names.
So, in those cases, its hard to compare the prices of the AC you are buying since that model have different name at other shopping platform.
Overall, the service at store is good, products are fine but it is little costly here compared to the festive seasons sale on amazon. Also, after service is poor since my LG AC is still not installed even after 7 days of purchasing. Yeah I know, its the LG's fault but I am throwing my disappointment on croma because of LG. That was not nice of me.
Yeah, negatives are there, most of the times, no one recieve the call and issue raised take lot of time to resolve. But I had worse experiences at other electronic shops so, I would rate it better than others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have placed an order from your store jaipur , order number is SOA168001436610 and when i am tracking the same its showing cancelled , with whose permission you cancelled it , i have spent my money already , i want same product to be delivered with in given time , they told to wait for 4 to 5 days , where is your commitment . and one more thing you guys have the worst customer service that i have ever seen . I had words with Kranti he taken a complaint for installation while product showing cancelled , second one put my call on hold more than 30 minutes and disconnected the call , the third agent connected my call with store representative , and he told that it's not cancelled ,its coming from our different wh , that is why its showing cancelled , also agent do not about your policies , i was on call more than a hour , my call was not transferred to any senior while they was available on floor , also you did not mentioned about refund policies as per your agent , please look in to otherwise i have to take a legal action on it .

.People here working more relaxed than govt job....I have huge respect for Tata but staff here is not knowledgeable and responsive.....I wanted to buy a TV but theyvwere not sure about delivery and ever person was having different opinion. Same incidence happened in same fashion when I wanted to buy fridge.

Really, croma is one of the best place where you can find not only best but quality and warranty wale product.. which, have longer warranty..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of Croma(WTP jaipur) is responsible for this one star rating. I purchased one phone here only and it took me 2:30 hrs. to generate bill and packaging. First they couldn't find me the right product, then they couldn't explain all terms and conditions correctly, they were telling me different terms and conditions for billing and documentation process. First, they told me less amount bill and then suddenly increased the price????
They even don't know the policy of Croma and it's products. They don't know how to tackle a valuable customer.
The staff of Croma is really unprofessional and not trained.
It is sick to visit Croma.
