★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after sales service. All service is outsourced to service partners who don't have any ethics and professionalism. Crompton is just selling appliances but don't have any intention to service them. Therefore, they are misguiding consumers with false promises!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please ensure you get the product checked as after sales response and service is below par. Purchased a fan late August and it is noisy as though it is an old fan painted n packed anew. I have been following up with the head office in Mumbai the phone only rings n the lady who came on the line once curtly said it is lunch time n I ought to call after 1430 hrs! Poor client interaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an instant water heater, since yday calling (at least a couple of dozens calls) to get it installed, the toll free number and the Mumbai office number, both are unattended. Just now tried the mobile given for North, even that didn't get picked up. Tried uploading the warranty and invoice on the website to register the product, but the website is not allowing. I took a pic from mobile and tried to upload. Its asking for some specific file format, I never have problem anywhere else uploading such pics. Frustrating. I couldn't find any WhatsApp number. So, how does one connect with the company

This is by far my worst experience of buying a cooler. I purchased a Crompton Optimus 65 cooler from this shop through Amazon and they sent a completely defective model that was broken, no wheels, with scratches and the tank was broken.
Upon calling the team, they sent a local technician who promised the cooler would be replaced in 5 days, but failed to do so. The service request was closed from the backend without resolution and they blocked me on their watsapp number so I couldn't contact or follow up.
To this day there is no resolution and nobody has contacted to check on the complaint raised. If you value your hard earned income, you should never buy from this shop.
