★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rajesh Ji is the owner and he is very helpful, Here you can get any water pump repaired or replaced, people are very genuine, and mechanics here are experts of repairing water pumps... AMC is also available, so that you can hand over entire responsibilities to them and relax...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l fail understand as to why M/s Crompton designated this place as an authorised service centre. It's location is quite tedious to reach with no facilities nearby for parking and it's owner quite brusque and unresponsive.
Since it's the only Crompton Service Centre which is near to the my residence in Dwarka, a few months back, I got repaired my two Crompton Openwell Submersible Pumps from them. After working for a few months one of them stopped working while the other on started giving current in the water tank.
On 01.10.2020, I took both of them to this workshop. The owner Mr Rajesh told me that after checking he would give the estimate after one day. After 10 days, when he didn't give the estimate even after my repeated calls, I visited them. Only then their mechanic checked them and I was told that an amount of Rs 6500/- would be charged as repair charges. The owner was least apologetic for his callous and unresponsive attitude. I took these motors and gave them to another workshop who gave an estimate of Rs 3000/- for their repairs.
Taking into account my experience I would advice you to think twice before visiting this place for service of Crompton Pumps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. They sent a repair technician who appeared to have no knowledge and didn't even bothered to check the problem and simply asked me to visit the service center. The issue turned out to be only a burned connection wire between power supply to capacitor. I wasted 3 hours to visit the service center with a nearly 35 kg motor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service center is inside a lane and google maps drop the user outside the lane. So just look for the shop nearby or ask any local people for locating the service center.
We got one motor fixed here. Their service is great. They are quite an expert in their work and you are expected to get your work done before the expected date sometimes.
