Unlike many gyms, this gym doesn't only give u the muscular strength but also help u to develop ur overall physique...this is the Best gym that I ever been to.. highly recommended to everyone...

Best part is the Crossfit section. They have a different floor for the crossfit and a highly professional trainer to train you. Highly recommendable. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possible the best gym in East delhi, completely safe for girls. Equipments are working so fine and also the plus point is,its having a kitchen side too that provides you proper hygienic protein food. Trainers know their job and does that too.

It's been 5 months since I joined the gym and I can honestly say that my experience here has been amazing. It's a great combination of cross fit and weights. Very clean, great machines and the most personable experience. Trainers encourage you and pushes you to the limits.
