I started working out in 2018 but later on I realised machines are not helping me staying fit, crossfit hub is the place where I finally was able to build stay lean and build muscle, now I have increased stamina, speed, skill thanks to the outdoor ground training, also the coaches here offer great knowledge, they are kind, humble, and always try to help.
