(Experienced in February 2022)
1. So I had planned to purchase Activa 6g 110cc, and the final quote the executive gave was βΉ91300/- which initially they told βΉ94000/- (fake increased price)
2. So I gave them my final price quote of βΉ90000/- including the accesories (no helmet) but they refused. Also, the executive was showing so much of attitude as if he were the owner of Honda.
3. I purchased same model of Activa (6g, deluxe model with all the accessories) at βΉ89500/- from another dealership (Axis honda)
4. For βΉ1000/- these intelligent people from crossroads Honda lost a deal of βΉ90000/-
Well done, these people know how to do business ????

β β β β β Worst Honda showroom experience. Customer experience was bad. Specially from the service side. They do not provide everything at a time as my friend was not provide the indicator buzzer and they told him on the very first service they will provide the buzzer but they couldnβt. Number plate was also an issue over there they said we are not having the staff right now so we are providing you the plates and aap Bahar se laga Lena.
