★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bookstore with decent collection. It lacks in organization on some days but mostly the books are easy to find. Doesn't have a bountiful stock since the Viviana store is not as big.
If you look out for specific books, authors or genres you may not find it at once but if you order it they try to obtain the copy.
The sad part about crossword and many other similar bookstores is that they sell other things like apparels, stationery and even chocolates. I would have personally loved it if there were only books.
The people working there have below average to poor knowledge about the books and authors so they will only be enablers for you.
I sincerely wish crossword to get rid of toy sections and the others. Will be great of only books are kept there.

It's pretty huge for the size in a mall but for books shopping better find a bigger store. Not saying this one is small but for books if you're searching for a best selling then you'll get it. Apart from that. Slim chances man

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An everything offline store for Books. Great ambience, as you pass this place you get the aroma of the new books which attracts you into the store. Where you could spend a great amount of time just sitting on one of the stools and reading. Or pretending to be reading while taking candid pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being inside a mall, this place is sometimes crowded and hence not usually quiet. But it is a good store to find a wide range of variety of books to read. A good collection of fictional books. The staff is quite friendly. Also, they allow you to read books inside the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there over the weekend trying to get a book by MJ Akbar. The stock that they have in store is extremely limited. Unfortunately the staff does not seem too inclined to help. Also pretty clueless about authors and such. Was disappointed and ended up ordering on Amazon!
Wouldn't recommend going to the store..
