I am working out in this gym from past 4+ years and working out under Coach ARUN SIR ( MR. DELHI), is another level of happiness and luck.
He always treat like a brother and provides complete information about exercise, diet plan, nutrition, supplements, etc.
He is the one who recently helped me to lose 15 kg weight in less than 1.5 months without any supplement. Its just diet and intense training.
His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit
And having a biggest gym with proper ventilation in this area is another plus point to join this gym.
I m hso glad to have a part of 'CRUNCH 63 GYM' family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best choice I have ever made training at crunch 63 gym I have lost 9 kg in just 2 months with the help of Mr Arun sir. I have tried so many gym but never got this much difference, Great gym friendly environment trainer are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how Arun sir give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It’s great! Must recommend ??

As we know at this time we are suffering from panedenmic situation so I will recommend to join Crunch 63 gym.
Bcoz place is sanitized, neat n clean & the coach (Mr. Delhi Arun ) is very humble person. He is good in nature. Gym is very spacious.
