Unprofessional staff, Very Bad experience. Not price worthy. Poor service

I had signed up for 3-4 services and when confirmed about the time duration with their manager and their hair expert, they suggested I would be relieved latest by 5 pm. On my constant pushing and nagging, they tried completing what they promised but were delaying further. I left the salon at 7.30 pm with one service incomplete (which was also part of the deal). The manager insisted I will have to make complete payment if I wish to avail the one remaining service or else take what they were offering as a deduction from the final amount which was not at all worth taking the deduction. Below I have attached some pictures of my hair colour as done. The professionals never shared what colour shades/brand they were using for my hair nor the beautician who did my facial showed me the products she was using. It was like I was taking a facial service from a third grade salon. All beauticians were acting so busy and the ambience of the place was all rushy and hectic with no proper attention being given to the customers. The beauticians were short of tools asking each other to share their equipment whether or not the other beautician had completed his/her service with the other client. The place was not at all professional in terms of what was being promised to the client and time management for client was zero. Also there was no coordination among manager and staff on deal agreement/ service assurance. However, at the time of payment, the staff and manager all group up together so the client is pressurised to pay and regarding clients' complaints the manager acts as though he was unaware of what is going on whereas he should be on his toes to see what is being promised to customer and see to it to give complete satisfaction to his customers. I spent close to 5k at this salon and I expected better services at least for the amount spent but in the end I was treated as though I had come for an eyebrow and upperlip service. I am quite disappointed in what I received as a service from this salon and will think twice before I ever revisit. My advice to the owner would be that he/she take up such matters more seriously and have a better approach and be more professional in delivering services.
