Our experience with Cryoviva India has been very very poor. For anyone paying with Cryo Viva and stem cell banking please do so only if you have a biotech professional personal know plus have easy access to verify your samples.
We have taken Cryo plan for our daughter in 2013 and also took for our son in 2017. For our son, till star they haven't provided us with proper confirmation. We as common people were hoping all should be good but recently took a decision to visit them in person requesting details on our son's certificates and sample confirmation where they have stopped responding to us. So something appears terribly wrong and have spoken to an advocate to consider legal actions without a choice. Not sure if we will get justice but will make an attempt to get right status of samples doing a personal validation with an expert
Please please be extra cautious. This is a new field and important its of easy access to u. Else u are just making a good will assumption.
The person whom we have been in tough with us Ms. Sudipta and have been struggling to get a response.
Very much a unprofessionally managed company on customer care. So you its is just HOPE you may assume their technical management is still good to get convinced since in our case we already have paid.
Recommendation - Look for a stem cells bank local to your city with easy access

They are totally fraud & cheaters. They were after us for selling their plan before 4-5 months of delivery & they make annoyed to you.
I got into their trap & when i am asking since July'21 them to get cancelled my enrolment, they are not going to do that. 1.5 month has passed since then and no proper reply on email.
Their customer care support is very worst. They switch off phone after talking once and keep harassing.
I have asked them to refund the amount and no discussion point of that.
They will not tell clear picture of whole contract.
Be aware of them and i would say do not fall in their trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cryoviva is a very unprofessional company. They will call you 100 times to sell their plan but wont care after you pay them. In my case, we filled all the documents and paid them what they asked for. We were told that they have a tie up with cocoon hospital, jaipur where our delivery took place. So we don't have to worry about anything. It has been 3 months since our delivery and we haven't received anything from them which confirms that the sample was even collected or not. I have called multiple times and everytime their answer is that they will check. Seriously.. you need 3 months to check that !!
Later they told me that the volume was less and the sample MAY not have been taken but there has been no proof of that. I highly doubt that they even have a stem cell bank. NOONE at cryoviva knows what is happening as their coordination and management with the hospital is very very poor. They are playing with sentiments of parents who think that they are making the family safe for the future but they are not. Every time they tell me that they will call me with the details, they do not.
I strongly suggest not to go with Cryovia service as they are not serious and their process is so pathetic that they dont know what they are doing.
You get only one chance to get the stem cell banking. Don't go with cryoviva as it is the WORST service I have ever seen with any company.
Dont go with their price or any other discount as it won't be worth to waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call sent at 10.20 pm, as the patient had to be taken up for emergency surgery. The technician arrives to site at 11.47 pm… all the way from the other end of the city, because the nearby technician has some personal issues and the company has no backup technician available. To cover up, the story cryoviva makes is because there was an emergency, we couldnt arrange a newrby person. They expect the doctor to wait for more than an hour in emergency cases ! for their technician to arrive. So much for the tall claims of reaching within 20-30 mins

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have enrolled with Cryoviva in 2021 via Vaishali and to be honest it is the best decision I took for my family's future.
After comparing with Lifecell and Cordlife for more than a week, I realised Cryoviva is the best in their game.
Vaishali is a total sweetheart, she managed everything so smoothly and never gave a chance to me to complain about anything.
Just not me but I have referred my two friends and both have enrolled with Cryoviva for which I earned Rs. 1500/- cashback each.
Please everyone I would urge all to enroll for Stem Cells it is very important for our baby and family.
