★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The approach road after external main gate is not yet built... security doesn't have idea about flat number and blocks...no security entry or visitor management app in use.....the flats are good, amenities are available, even lobby lounge is there in blocks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer experience. The owner is a very bad mouth person and don't know how to talk to prospective buyers. He behaves like he owns every inch of the property even after selling most of the flats(he told most of units are sold).
By the way the construction is delayed badly and still they are struggling to finish the project.
Builder wants to make agreement value less and wants payment in hard cash to avoid taxes from government. When I told this will lead bank to reduce loan amount, he is like if you guys don't have money go buy somewhere else. Don't come here. What kind of attitude this is from builders.
Don't know how people who bought flat here are dealing with him. Looking at his master plan and progress in last 6-7 years this builder will take another 5-8 years to finish everything.
Very poor experience and suggest not to meet Mr Ranjan who is the builder and a very ill mannered, bad mouth and cheat person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder and the sales team is group of thugs. These guys are looting hard earned money of people in the name of luxury living but providing cheap quality product.
On top of it the MD of the project wants around 30% of the flat cost in cash. He is a cheater and rash talking person. No respect for customers.
If anyone from RERA Bihar is looking at the comments, please investigate this project, you will find lot of deviations and issues in this project. And God knows when this builder is going to complete everything what he is showing in his plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Singh Engicon is a team of cheaters. Will take your hard earned money, delay the flat and later on ask for exorbitant price as interest. These cheaters should be banned from doing business in Patna. Hope RERA takes strict against these defaulters.
