★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place but you don't even have enough baskets outside and they don't allow people to enter without them. You also have to take out your stuff twice from your basket, first to get it billed and then again to get it checked iif all your stuff is there. It is a very tedious process. Otherwise the staff is really helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its place for only defence person who have canteen grocery and liquor card .. staff is very cooperative according to rules and regulations and guidelines from the high authority.. only card payments are accepted no purchase on cash ..it's another way to cashless economy..but grocery items are some days not available so it's suggestion to refill with every week ..so no crowd in specific days when it's refill..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are biased and they have often seen breaking there own so called rules to give impermissible entries to known individual without the so called prior appointment to purchase store items and sometimes they allow known individual to enter inside the canteen without the recommended basket.
The one Lady kept at booking counter which can be seen in back office her behaviour is rude , arrogant and Sarcastic towards the veterans , i hope the senior officials at chandimandir may please take the note of it by surprise visit, so that she May be make to behave in reasonable proper Manner

The cashier at all the billing counter are very efficient and behave in polite and well manners and they will always help and accommodate everyone without any discrimination.
The staff at checkout point is very good and prompt.
The variety of items are available in the canteen Store to suit your needs and there is ample space for parking of vehicles and good environment, beautiful serenity.
Separate two Store are alloted to purchase electronic items. You may also purchase vehicles through canteen in lower price than the Market for that they have made good arrangements.
I personally believe that there must be more big capacity canteen outlet in the City to give more convenience to serving and veterans because in the this abovementioned canteen always there is heavy rush and most of the time it run out of stock and when stock arrive you have to take so called prior appointment which is not easily available.

No Good arrangement for grocery trolleys.....
I was waiting since one hour for entry.....
But they closed shutter 20 minutes earlier of exact time.
