★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent service. All counters are managed properly. Officer , Honorary Officer, JCOs, OR and accordingly families counters are established. No overcrowding seen on counter. Whereas in Hamirpur HP) ARTRAC CSD canteen no system established. No rank structures maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organised canteen store department (CSD). It's a very beneficial facility provided by the government to the Ex-servicemen of the Army personnel and his family. All varieties of groceries n liquor available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were no sanitizers for visitors and even persons without online appointments were allowed to enter. One person allowed to enter on one card. Overall I can suggest them to follow the Corona guidelines properly and don't be biased with JCO's and Officers. Online Appointments should be mandatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entry road very narrow , only one way. The exit road leads you to a congested back side of the market. Newcomer may get confused.
Poorly stocked . Most items not available.
The contractual staff is very slow in billing. Takes around 15 minutes per person for billing.
The formalities are far too many , like rechecking of articles even after billing .
Seems like going through security checks at the airports .
Overall it's waste of time and an unpleasant experience.
Yes you do save a few bucks .
