★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with the good things.
The doctors are good, knowledgeable and perfect at their job. (Jr doctors still have some scope of improvements.)
Infra is also good.
cleanness is taken care of.
Things turn ugly when it comes to staff. Please note I am pointing to only few staff and not all. Although the staff is supportive but the management need to sneak peak into daily activities of the staff in order to compete with the other upcoming hospitals in the area.
I have had admitted a family member here for more than 4 times here and have the same observation every time. They should have some process of utilizing medicines from their stock. They will give you a list of medicines and other items that are required, after which they will use few things from their stock and will provide another list from which they will take some back mentioning that they have given these items from their stock and there is no way you get to know what they have used from their stock and what they are taking back.
Its a humble request to the management to take note and act on this. Or else they may lose trust from the hospital. At lest I have lost my trust with all the experience. I would like to rewrite the review later after seeing any change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the hospital on 27 june 2021 early morning, because of medical immergency, the staff was not allowing me to admit the patient, and told me to admit in orchid or sahyandri hospital, they said they wont take emergency cases, i am regular customer of hospital and every time in any immergency i was visiting only ct hospital, they charge almost double or tripple as compare to other nearby hospital, because of they denied to take the, at 2 am in the i was wandering in the city in search of hospital. it was so inhuman to treat your regular patient this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been admitted to hospital for UTI infection which had caused fever, vomiting, chills and I was in terrible condition.
The staff was very helpful and are very highly skilled. I would definitely recommend CT nursing home to others.
I have had a good recovery experience and really appreciate the efforts.
Special thanks to Dr. Deshmukh who was always upbeat and with all the positive vibes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital doesn't deserve even 1 star because they only believe in saline solutions to everyone who is going there just for vomitting.
Doctors only know how to find cause . Patient gaya bhaad me
Staff of this hospital concentrates more on giving pain than relieving
The most important thing they gave me hydrotherapy for 3 days for kidney stone uske baad sonography ki which was clear .. bola ki stone nikal gaya .. I came home. Now after one week again pain started and it turned out ki stone is still stuck in urethra .. now tell me, dr Deshmukh says our hospital is best for this.. is this best .. I m still in so much pain and taking ayurvedic medicines but I m afraid to go to that hospital .. thry kept me for 5 days and charged around 60000 rs for no reason .. just salines nothing else .. what to do you guys say now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CT hospital s staff are very bad n unprofessional. When i called in hospital for blood test they said come to hospital. They said wait nurse will come n take blood. After a half an hour nurse come and said we don't necessary things n we r unable to take blood.
Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic staff and the owner.. I simple words they're just greedy for the money.
They simply looted the patients.
The Dr. Deshmukh ask me to take a scan report from Primus Diagnostic centre nagar road branch . They (Primus )charge a hefty amount of 5000 rs. For a HRCT scan whereas the rest of the scan centres are charging upto 3k only when I told this to dr. Deshmukh he arrogantly asked me to take the patient to another sacn centres.
He's completley unprofessional the Doctor as well as the staff are just only looking for the loot from the people's and the patients.
Pls try to avoid this hospital as much as you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic and unprofessional service ever experienced. Support staff (won't call them nurse as they are not qualified) is the worst. They can't do a simple task like IV. You can make out from the way they behave that they have received on the job training. The worst part is insurance process. The guy managing the process works as per his own time. Always away from hospital. Have complained to Dr Deshmukh (owner) 3 times, on 3 different addmission, but no action or improvement whatsoever. It is the most unprofessionally managed hospital. If you have insurance, they'll make sure that you stay for 4 to 5 days minimum. I'm not going to come to this hospital in future based on all my past 3 experiences l.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my wrong decision, admitted there for kidney stones. 6.5 mm kidney stone was not removed even 5 days Hydrotherapy & paid rs.36000...it was very bad experience. Now I am taking medicines from another doctor. It was just waste of money and time. Think twice before going there.
